Guards and Patrols

ADT has significant experience with managing mobile patrol and static guard services across Australia. With over 80,000 monitored lines, ADT manned services (Guards and patrols) have been providing a wide range of security manpower services to our customers.

Mobile Patrol Services

ADT mobile patrol services include such duties as alarm response and property checks (both commercial & residential), staff escort services including after hours let in/out services, premises opening and closing services, security delivery services etc.

Through its network of contracted local area providers, ADT is able to offer an extensive Mobile Patrol Service. While these services focus on capital cities and metro areas, ADT can and does provide alarm response services in most country areas throughout Australia.

In recent years Mobile Patrol Services have been the subject of much criticism and some companies have been prosecuted for breaches of the Trade Practices Act.

ADT, as a Sarbanes/Oxley accredited company, uses its best endeavours to ensure strict compliance with the provision of services and the State Security Act.

This is achieved through a process of formulated work practices, SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), KPI’s and SLA’s. Regular compliance audits are also conducted as part of our Management System.
