A single telephone number provides you instant access to our 24 hour, 7 days a week national Security Response Centre. ADT Security has one of the industry’s largest team, of trained technicians, ensuring that assistance is always available.
If an alarm is triggered and is not disarmed by entering your passcode, a Service Response Centre representative will call your home to determine whether the alarm is genuine and the type of assistance you require.
Calling your home first helps in determining whether the alarm requires the Emergency Services to attend.
