- Leverages a centralised team that allows for quick adjustments due to local conditions, technology changes and installation needs.
- Drives collaboration between design and pricing teams, program managers, technical support and regional account managers.
- Maintains central repository of data: work plans, drawings, contracts, pricing, as-built diagrams, customer standards, survey information and lessons learned.
- Supports the local ADT teams, ensuring a successful installation.
