The 4G network now covers more than 24 million Australians and the state-of-the-art 5G network is stronger than ever. With superior speeds and greater connectivity available across these networks, ADT is now switching customers on legacy 3G network to 4G technology.
To ensure uninterrupted monitoring services for our valued customers, we are calling impacted customers, discussing options, and booking upgrade appointments. Alternatively, if you’re unsure what network your ADT service is on or think you need an upgrade, give us a call on 1300 144 549 and select option 1.
What to expect
ADT customers compatible with 3G network only will need to be upgraded onto the 4G network. Our priority is to ensure that your ADT services remain uninterrupted while we smoothly transition to 4G.

Over 2023, we’ll be reaching out to customers who we believe may be impacted, to let them know whether they need to upgrade their entire system or add a device to enable their system to work on 4G.
