Shop Shipping policy

At ADT Security Australia, we aim to provide reliable and timely delivery of all orders within Australia. Please review our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, shipping options, costs, and tracking.

1. Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
    Cost: Free for all orders.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
    Cost: $15 AUD for all orders.

Note: Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Locations

Currently, we ship only within Australia. If you are located outside Australia and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us at returns@adtsecurity.com.au to discuss potential options.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions, public holidays, or weather events. Signature Security Group cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such events.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If you realise there is an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at returns@adtsecurity.com.au.

7. Shipping Damages

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@adtsecurity.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  2. Return Process: We will assess your claim and provide instructions for returning the damaged item or issuing a replacement.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failure to pay customs fees (if applicable), we may charge additional shipping costs to re-ship the item. Refunds for returned packages will exclude the original shipping cost.
