In an emergency, we are simply a push of a button away. When there is an emergency, you simply press the alert button on the control panel, pendant or wristband. This will trigger an alarm and a signal is sent to the ADT Monitoring Centre, where an ADT Emergency Response Specialist is alerted. From there an ambulance can be arranged if, together, we deem necessary. We ensure you will receive the help and care needed.
